LSI's 'Enterprise Workforce Effectiveness Training' program ensures the relevant Retailer's employees are identified and receive appropriate training and guidance in the use of the system. But it's not just about training; compliance will only be assured if the organization has a willingness and desire to use the system.
Selecting and implementing the right software is only half the challenge, the other half comes from the Retailer's organization actively embracing and using the system. LSI has developed an Optimal Ratio Reporting (ORR) package that provides today's Retailer with key reports and information necessary to easily see how stores are performing against set targets.
